If you are writing this letter to Any Newspaper publisher Then write the sender's address in this format The Editor XYZ Newspaper , City , State 


For Example : The Editor BMB Newspaper , Shrinagar , Jammu Kashmir.


If you are writing this letter to Any Shopkeeper Then write the sender's address in this format The Manager XYZ Shop , City , State 


For Example : The Manager Amazon Shop , Nashik , Maharashtra.


If you are writing this letter to principal of your school Then write the sender's address in this format The Principal XYZ School , School's Address.


Date

In Date  you can write the write the date in this format DD/MM/YYYY or in DD-Month-YYYY 


Subject
